Hypersonix Launch Systems successfully completed the first Australian hypersonic flight, marking a significant milestone in the company's efforts to develop hypersonic technology. According to AeroTime, the DART AE uncrewed hypersonic demonstrator aircraft was launched from Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport on Wallops Island, Virginia, with backing from the US Department of Defense's Defense Innovation Unit (DIU).
