Egypt Expands Defense Manufacturing with Global Co-Production Agreements
Egypt's state-owned Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) has announced a major expansion of its defense manufacturing capabilities, signing multiple international co-production agreements at the Egypt Defence Expo. Key partnerships include French aerospace firm Dassault Aviation for Rafale fighter jet component localization, Chinese defense giant Norinco for tactical drone production, and Turkish defense contractor Havelsan for unmanned ground vehicles.
