Unical Aviation has entered a transformative era following its 2024 acquisition of ecube Solutions, a global leader in aircraft storage, disassembly, and transition services. Under CEO Sharon Green's leadership, the merger has strengthened Unical's position as a premier Used Serviceable Material (USM) supplier, now serving over 90 countries with 90 million available parts.

AIR unveiled its first production unit of the cargo eVTOL aircraft, featuring optimized battery integration and a larger cargo bay. The aircraft has also been enhanced with foldable wings for more compact storage.
