Russ Meyer

Textron Aviation has paid tribute to Russ Meyer, the late Cessna Aircraft Company chairman and CEO, who passed away at the age of 93. Meyer played a key role in stabilizing the industry through the General Aviation Revitalization Act of 1994 and delivered almost 5,000 Citation jets during his tenure.
