Poland has finalized a landmark $4.7 billion purchase of 96 AH-64E Apache attack helicopters from Boeing, marking the largest order for the aircraft outside the United States. The deal, executed through a US Foreign Military Sales contract, represents a significant expansion of Poland's defense capabilities amid regional security concerns.

Airbus Helicopters has confirmed Matthieu Louvot as its new CEO, succeeding Bruno Even who is stepping down to pursue other objectives. Louvot, currently Executive Vice-President Strategy for Airbus, will lead the division from April 1, 2026.
