Textron Aviation has launched a new employee wellness program, dubbed 'The Plane Healthy Team', which includes a wellness center & pharmacy at both east and west Wichita campuses. Premise Health manages the center, offering primary and urgent care services, physical therapy, mental health support, and an on-site pharmacy with drive-thru.
