The head of Greece's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has submitted his resignation following an investigation into a January air traffic radio blackout. The investigation found that a 'digital noise' caused the outage, which affected almost all frequencies of the Athens Flight Information Region (FIR).

Elbit Systems expects to receive a contract for its PULS rocket artillery system from Greece, pending commercial negotiations with the Hellenic Ministry of National Defense. The deal has been anticipated over several weeks, with Athens seeking to acquire 36 systems valued at approximately $757 million.
