US Defense Agency Leads Search for WWII B-17 Bomber Wreckage
The US Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) has been leading search efforts after a B-17 bomber wreckage was discovered in the North Sea, according to AeroTime. German electricity firm Amprion conducted an unexploded ordinance survey in the vicinity of a planned converter platform and contacted the DPAA regarding the find.
