NYT Says US 'Civilian Plane' Targeted Boat Off Venezuela
The New York Times reports that the US used a secret aircraft to carry out a precision strike at sea in the Caribbean. Citing officials briefed on the mission, the NYT says the aircraft was painted to look like a civilian plane and had no external weapons visible on the wings.
