Gulfstream closed 2025 with a sharp increase in aircraft deliveries and strong demand that pushed parent company General Dynamics' aerospace backlog to new heights. The company delivered 158 business jets for the full year, up from 136 in 2024, led by higher large-cabin output as it ramps new models into service.

Firefly Aerospace reported strong second-quarter earnings after its historic IPO, with a $1.3 billion backlog at the end of July. The company also secured FAA clearance for its Alpha spacecraft to return to flight.
