Qantas Agrees to $74M Settlement Over Travel Credits
Qantas has agreed to pay $74 million (AUD $105 million) to settle a class action brought by customers who received travel credits instead of cash refunds for cancelled flights during the COVID-19 pandemic, reports Echo Law. The settlement covers flights between January 1, 2020, and November 1, 2022, and is subject to court approval.
