Bell's X-76 Vertical Lift Demonstrator Receives Designation and Clears Critical Design Review
Bell's high-speed vertical lift demonstrator, X-76, has received its official designation and cleared Critical Design Review, allowing it to move into the build phase. The aircraft is being developed under DARPA's SPRINT program, which aims to demonstrate an aircraft capable of cruising at over 400 knots in austere environments.
