Regulator Delays Bond Maturity Amid Disclosure Dispute
The Israel Securities Authority has given Israel Aerospace Industries temporary relief from a regulatory impasse by delaying the maturity of its sole outstanding bond series until April 2027. The decision aims to give IAI and relevant authorities time to resolve a dispute over disclosure of sensitive information. IAI executives are considering an urgent court petition to accelerate a resolution and preserve the company’s status as a reporting corporation. The matter is currently before the Ministry of Justice, and the extension is intended to protect IAI’s standing in the capital market, particularly as it prepares for a planned share issuance next year, as reported by Ctech.
