Cairo Pledges Defense Of Saudi Security And Resources
Egypt has announced its readiness to provide necessary support to Saudi Arabia to defend its security and protect its resources amid ongoing attacks by Yemen’s Houthi rebels. The National Defence Council, chaired by President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, stated that Egypt stands fully with Saudi Arabia to defend its resources, territorial integrity, and Islamic holy sites.
