Textron Aviation has announced the availability of an all-Garmin avionics retrofit solution for original Cessna CitationJet aircraft, following Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Supplemental Type Certification (STC). The upgrade gives owners and operators access to advanced cockpit technology, helping keep their aircraft capable and supported. The solution includes features such as Stabilized Approach monitoring and aural V-speed alerting during takeoff. This announcement was made by Textron Aviation, according to their press release.
