Korean Companies Expand Into Mexican Aerospace Market
Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) has partnered with POSCO International and the Mexican Federation of Aerospace Industry (FEMIA) to build an aerospace supply chain in Mexico. The partnership aims to pursue local production and technology cooperation in areas such as fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, and aircraft maintenance. KAI plans to use this cooperation as a foothold to expand its FA-50 exports to Central America and broaden its business into North and South America. The partnership was announced by The Elec Inc.
