South Korean space startup Innospace has signed a distribution agreement with Canadian space and defense company RSAT Space to expand its presence in the North American launch market. The partnership will see RSAT Space market and distribute Innospace’s Hanbit satellite launch system in Canada, combining Innospace’s launch vehicle technology with RSAT Space’s business network. The deal follows a memorandum of understanding signed in April, and is aimed at providing cost-competitive and flexible launch services for small satellite operators.
