Beijing Unveils Five-Year Plan For Integrated Circuit Breakthroughs
China has released its new five-year plan for electronic information manufacturing, prioritizing full-chain breakthroughs in integrated circuits to build a resilient base for AI development. The plan aims to increase revenue in the sector to 30 trillion yuan by 2030, with a focus on developing high-end chips, refining mature processes, and accelerating electronic design automation tools.
