Brazilian Aerospace Giant Expands Global Production Capacity
Embraer is exploring the possibility of establishing a third C-390 Millennium assembly line in the United States, as part of its efforts to expand global production capacity and support its military airlift campaign. The move, announced by President and CEO Francisco Gomes Neto during the company’s second-quarter 2026 earnings call, remains contingent on the outcome of an undisclosed US sales campaign. Embraer expects its Brazilian facilities to reach an annual production capacity of 10 C-390 aircraft by 2030, with potential assembly lines in India and the US allowing the company to move beyond that level.
