Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense is introducing its first open competitive tender for the large-scale procurement of strike drones and middle strike reconnaissance-strike systems. The initiative aims to boost competition and accelerate battlefield innovation, with Ukrainian manufacturers eligible to participate. According to Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, the expanded use of middle strike drones has enabled Ukrainian forces to intensify attacks against Russian logistics hubs and strengthen Kyiv’s operational advantage.
