Quantum Computing And Aerospace IPOs Drive Market Activity
The US IPO market saw significant activity this week, with SpaceX setting terms for a historic $75 billion IPO and two billion-dollar deals from INNIO Holding and Quantinuum. INNIO Holding, a natural gas engines producer, raised $2.4 billion, while quantum computer developer Quantinuum raised $1.7 billion. Four IPOs and four SPACs submitted filings, including Vedanta copper mining spin-off CopperTech Metals and Malaysian AV equipment provider MSAV Holdings. The Renaissance IPO Indices are market cap weighted baskets of newly public companies, and as of June 4, 2026, the Renaissance IPO Index was up 24.6% year-to-date, according to Renaissance Capital.
