South American Carrier Expands Embraer E195-E2 Network
LATAM Airlines Group is preparing to unveil new destinations for its Embraer E195-E2s by the end of July, with the first deliveries expected in the fourth quarter of this year. The airline plans to deploy the initial 24 E2s in Brazil, where it currently holds a 40% domestic market share. According to LATAM Airlines Group CEO Roberto Alvo, the E2s will allow the airline to open new destinations and improve its overall product, adding frequencies in existing narrowbody markets.
