Australian Carrier Celebrates Iconic Natural Landmark with Special Design
Qantas has unveiled a Great Barrier Reef-inspired livery on its newest Airbus A321XLR, named Coral Sea, celebrating one of Australia’s most iconic natural landmarks. The aircraft features a unique design with sea turtles, clownfish, and coral rendered in bold, bright colors across the fuselage. Qantas has committed AUD $10 million to the Reef Restoration Fund to support scientists and local tourism operators working to restore corals across the Great Barrier Reef. The airline’s first international A321XLR service is set to begin in October, connecting Brisbane with Manila. This development was first reported by AeroTime.
