European Charter Operator Expands Fleet With Textron Aviation Deal
Platoon Aviation, a Hamburg-based charter operator, has signed a multi-aircraft order with Textron Aviation for a fleet of Cessna Citation Longitudes, becoming Europe’s largest fleet owner of the type. The first four aircraft are scheduled for delivery starting in Q1 2027, complementing the operator’s existing Pilatus PC-24 super light jets. The new aircraft will enable Platoon Aviation to expand its nonstop range, opening new routes across Europe and beyond.
