Canadian Airline Partners With Embraer For Spare Parts Support
Jazz Aviation, Canada’s largest regional airline, has signed a deal with Embraer to join its Collaborative Inventory Planning program, which aims to improve responsiveness and cost savings in meeting spare parts requirements for its 25 Embraer 175s. The program, which covers most of the spare parts investment required by the airline, is expected to reduce downtime and support consistent service for Air Canada Express passengers. According to Aviation Week, this agreement represents another important step in strengthening the reliability and efficiency of Jazz’s E-Jets operations across North America.
