Cebu Pacific is set to resume flights between Manila and Dubai on July 2, 2026, following safety assessments and coordination with airport authorities. The Philippine low-cost carrier will operate four weekly flights between Ninoy Aquino International Airport and Dubai International Airport. Passengers whose Dubai flights were previously cancelled can rebook through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website.
