The two countries may cooperate in areas such as ammo production, drones, and counter-drone systems, with Canada aiming to stimulate its own industry through partnerships. According to Defense News, Canada’s efforts to build a broader relationship with Turkey have already started to bear fruit, with a Memorandum of Understanding signed between a Turkish shipyard and a Canadian robotics company.
