CA-Based Supplier Expands In-Orbit Computing Capabilities
Aitech Systems, a CA-based supplier of space-computing platforms, has announced an upgrade to its supercomputer that is intended to fuel the next wave of AI applications in orbit. By integrating NVIDIA’s IGX Thor platform into the S-A2300 COTS AI Supercomputer, Aitech is drastically expanding customers’ ability to process data in orbit. The company has previously launched six space-rated supercomputers to space and is capitalizing on the growing demand for in-space computing. This development was first reported by Payload Space.
