UK Carrier Brings Forward Introduction Of SpaceX Connectivity
Virgin Atlantic has accelerated the introduction of SpaceX’s Starlink connectivity, with the first customer flight now scheduled for early May 2026. The UK long-haul carrier had initially planned to introduce the service in the third quarter of 2026, but has brought forward the rollout. Whole-fleet coverage is still scheduled for 2027. The move was reported by Aviation Week, highlighting the growing importance of in-flight connectivity in the aviation industry.
