European Missile Giant Expands Production Capacity Amid Rearmament
European missile giant MBDA plans to invest $5.8 billion and hire 2,800 new workers over the next five years to increase weapons production, according to CEO Eric Béranger. The company’s 2025 revenues reached $6.7 billion, with an order intake of $15.2 billion and an order backlog worth $51.3 billion. This expansion is driven by soaring demand for missile systems, with 70 percent of MBDA’s order intake coming from European customers. The investment was first reported by Breaking Defense.
