High-End Carrier Axes Schedule Amid Rising Fuel Costs
Luxury airline Beond has announced that it will pause its flight schedule over the summer, citing no specific reason but presumed to be due to the rise in jet fuel prices following the war in Iran. The airline will resume scheduled services in October for the winter season. Beond has offered customers rebooking options or a full refund for affected flights. The carrier operates a single Airbus A319 and A321 aircraft, configured in an all-business cabin, and had previously announced plans to introduce a fuel-related surcharge across its network.
