Carrier Sees Boost From Europe-Asia Transit Traffic
Korean Air has reported a significant increase in net profit for the first quarter, driven by gains in transit traffic to Europe. The carrier’s net profit rose to KRW242.7 billion ($163 million), up from KRW193.2 billion in the same period in 2025.
