DEEPX Expands Partnership For Generative AI Robots
Korean AI chip startup DEEPX is expanding its partnership with Hyundai Motor Group to develop a computing platform for generative AI robots using its second-generation low-power chips. DEEPX, which began producing chips late last year, aims to achieve revenue of $40 million this year and is in talks to raise over $400 million in funding. The company’s partnership with Hyundai is part of a broader effort to build an ecosystem of on-device computing partners in South Korea and overseas, as reported by Reuters.
