HII Partners with Path Robotics and GrayMatter Robotics to Boost Ship Production
HII has launched the HYPR program, a coordinated physical AI automation initiative aimed at accelerating ship and submarine production. In partnership with Path Robotics and GrayMatter Robotics, HYPR will combine robotic welding, automated material movement, and autonomous inspection to improve production efficiency. The program is expected to support structural needs for the ROMULUS unmanned surface vessel family and other naval platforms.
