Berlin Secures Unprecedented Insights into German Weapons Performance
Germany has formalized a system to receive unprecedented access to combat performance data from its own weapons fighting in Ukraine, as part of a €4 billion defense package. The data will cover systems such as the PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzer and the IRIS-T air defense launcher. In return, Germany will continue to support Ukraine with defense aid, including financing a contract for several hundred Patriot PAC-2 interceptors. The deal was reported by Defense News.
