Four Nations Unite For Enhanced Connectivity
Kenya, South Sudan, Uganda, and Rwanda have agreed to move forward with a plan to launch a regional satellite to boost connectivity in East Africa’s northern corridor. The Northern Corridor Regional Communication & Broadcasting Satellite Initiative aims to support digital services and broadcasting across the four countries. According to Developing Telecoms, the ministers from the four countries met to discuss the project and agreed to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study to assess the technical, financial, and legal requirements of the project.
