Comlux Receives FAA Certification for ACJ TwoTwenty Cabin

Executive Aviation Group Expands US Market Presence With New Approval

Comlux Group’s US subsidiary, Comlux America, has obtained a Supplemental Type Certificate from the Federal Aviation Administration for the Airbus ACJ TwoTwenty cabin. This approval, achieved in collaboration with DOA21, enables Comlux to market the ACJ TwoTwenty aircraft to customers in the United States. The executive aviation group partnered with Airbus to develop an executive version of the A220 airliner and is responsible for cabin outfitting of the first 15 ACJ TwoTwenty airframes. The FAA certification follows the equivalent approval from the European Air Safety Agency in 2023, as reported by AeroTime.
