Indigenous 35 Ton Payload Vehicle Targets Sustainable Mining Solutions
India’s BEML Ltd has unveiled the country’s first indigenous 35 t payload electric dump truck, the BH35-2 EV, at its Mysuru Complex. The vehicle is designed to deliver high productivity with zero tailpipe emissions, aligning with India’s ESG commitments and carbon reduction goals. With a payload capacity of 35 t and a gross vehicle weight of approximately 60 t, the truck is optimized for heavy-duty mining applications. This development was reported by International Mining.
