Partnership Targets South Korea’s High Speed Medium Utility Helicopter Program
Bell Textron and Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) have signed a memorandum of understanding to study a version of the MV-75 Cheyenne II tiltrotor for the Republic of Korea’s High Speed Medium Utility Helicopter (HSMUH) program. The agreement is the first publicly disclosed international cooperation tied to Bell’s MV-75 since the US Army formally named the platform Cheyenne II earlier in April 2026. The partnership aims to assess MV-75-based solutions for HSMUH, including a modular open systems approach, and explore opportunities for industrial cooperation in South Korea.
