Blue Origin Rocket Fails To Reach Intended Orbit
AST SpaceMobile has declared its BlueBird 7 satellite lost after Blue Origin’s New Glenn rocket failed to place it in the intended orbit. The NG-3 mission, which marked the first time a recycled first-stage was flown on the New Glenn, resulted in the satellite being placed in an orbit that was too low. As a result, the satellite will be deorbited. The incident was reported by Aviation Week, a leading source of aerospace news and analysis.
