Airbus has agreed to buy French cybersecurity company Quarkslab, as part of its strategy to develop sovereign cybersecurity capabilities in France and boost its position in the wider European cybersecurity sector. The company has already made similar investments, including the purchase of Infodas in Germany in 2024, and plans to acquire Ultra Cyber Ltd in the U.K. This move is expected to enhance Airbus’s security credentials and expand its presence in the cybersecurity market.
