Boeing to Continue E-7A Wedgetail Development Amid Congressional Pressure

The US Air Force has awarded two separate contracts to Boeing to continue development of the E-7 Wedgetail, a radar-equipped aircraft originally intended to replace the aging E-3 Sentry or AWACS.
