Industry-Leading Wages And Better Scheduling On The Table
United Airlines and the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA have reached a tentative agreement on a new contract that includes industry-leading wages, better scheduling, and other improvements. If approved by the airline’s 30,000 flight attendants, the contract would provide immediate raises, top wage rates of $100 per hour, and a $740 million signing bonus. The agreement also includes boarding pay and restrictions on red-eye flying. The union will release full details of the tentative agreement on April 3, 2026, and a vote will be held from April 23 to May 12, 2026. This development was first reported by AeroTime.
