Shield AI and Destinus have completed a two-month autonomy integration and flight test campaign for their European air defense system, which successfully flew the Hornet drone interceptor with Hivemind software. The Hornet is a counter-unmanned aerial systems (c-UAS) air defense system designed for counter-drone and strike operations. The test campaign was financed through internal R&D funding from both companies.
