Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Honeywell Aerospace to Invest in Missile Production
The Pentagon has announced framework agreements with Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, and Honeywell Aerospace to accelerate the production of Precision Strike Missile and THAAD interceptors. The agreements aim to strengthen the industrial base and ensure a steady supply of critical components. The investments are part of a larger Pentagon plan to refill its weapon stockpiles, as highlighted in a meeting at the White House earlier this month. The agreements were announced by the Department of Defense and were first reported by Breaking Defense.
