Lockheed Martin Unveils Compact, Command-and-Control Launcher
Lockheed Martin has completed live-fire tests of its GRIZZLY containerized launcher, a compact system designed to load and fire missiles from a 10-foot Tricon container. The company says the system is command-and-control and sensor-agnostic, making it suitable for both offensive and defensive use. GRIZZLY was built in six months using existing weapon and launcher architecture, and more than 6,000 M299 launchers have been delivered to 29 customers. The development was announced on March 24, 2026, by Lockheed Martin.
