Finnish Load-Handling Equipment Maker Expands Refuse Truck Business
Finnish load-handling equipment maker Hiab has agreed to acquire North American refuse truckmaker Labrie Environmental Group for $1.035 billion. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. Labrie generated $491 million in sales in the last 12 months, with a comparable EBITDA margin of 23%.
