South Korean Company Enhances Earth Observation Capabilities
Hancom InSpace, a South Korean company, has expanded its Earth-observation constellation with the launch of Sejong-3, a cubesat equipped with a hyperspectral sensor. The satellite, launched on a SpaceX Transporter rideshare in March, is currently undergoing commissioning and is expected to enhance the company’s Earth-observation capabilities. Hancom InSpace plans to continue expanding the Sejong series to provide more frequent and precise data, according to SpaceNews.
