Finnair Expands Narrowbody Fleet With New And Used Aircraft
Finnair has signed an agreement with Embraer for up to 46 E195-E2s and plans to source up to 12 used Airbus A320/321ceos from the aftermarket. The purchase is part of Finnair’s plan to renew its narrowbody fleet and support its growth and profitability targets. The new E195-E2 aircraft will reduce Finnair’s CO₂ footprint and provide excellent reliability and customer experience. According to AeroTime, the Embraer agreement includes options for 16 additional E195-E2s and 12 purchase rights.
