Aerospace Industry Shifts Towards Sustainable Practices And Supply Chains
China’s aerospace manufacturing industry is adopting green supply chain management (GSCM) practices to reduce environmental impacts and enhance sustainability. A recent study used a DEMATEL-ISM model to identify key influencing factors for GSCM implementation in the industry. The study found that seven factors, including government subsidies, corporate green strategy, and environmental culture guidance, are crucial for GSCM adoption. The research provides a theoretical basis for policymakers and enterprises to implement GSCM practices and prioritize interventions.
